High Alumina Corrosion Resistant Refractory Brick Firebrick

2023-01-04

Mullite heat insulation brick is a new type of refractory material in China, which can directly contact the flame and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high lightness, small thermal conductivity and remarkable energy-saving effect. It is suitable for the lining of cracking furnace, hot air furnace, ceramic roller kiln, electric porcelain drawer kiln, glass crucible and various electric furnaces.
Mullite bricks are produced in different grades according to different operating temperatures, including JM23/JM26/JM28, with operating temperatures ranging from 1100C-1650C. The ratios of each product are designed to meet different thermal and physical requirements. It has: high purity, low impurity content; high temperature resistance, direct flame contact (this is very important), resistance to various atmospheric corrosion; low thermal conductivity, low thermal fusion; high strength, and excellent thermal shock resistance; high dimensional accuracy, can be cut at will. As a hot surface refractory lining or other refractory backing thermal insulation layer, applied to ceramic kilns, roller kilns, ammonia secondary conversion furnace and other similar industrial thermal equipment.

Features of mullite heat insulation brick:
1、Light brick is green, non-toxic, non-corrosive and safe to use.
2、It has good adaptability to cement.
3、The product is foamed by foaming machine to get foam with uniform bubble diameter.
4、It has excellent foaming performance, the foaming multiplier can be more than 30 times.
5、Low thermal conductivity, good heat preservation effect.
6、With low thermal fusion, due to the low thermal conductivity, MOLET series light insulation bricks accumulate less thermal energy, intermittent operation energy-saving effect is obvious.
7、impurity content, alkali metal and other oxide content is very low, so the refractoriness is high. In the reducing atmosphere, the high aluminum content maintains good performance.
8、Have high thermal compressive strength.
9、Mullite lightweight refractory bricks have accurate appearance and size, speed up masonry construction, reduce the amount of refractory slurry, ensure the strength and stability of the masonry, thus extending the service life of the masonry.
10、It can be processed into special shapes to reduce the number of mullite thermal insulation refractory bricks and joints.

Sichuan Jinshi Refractory Co., Ltd. was established in May 2001 and is located in the Economic Development Zone of Simeng Town, Dongpo District, Meishan City, covering an area of more than 14,000 square meters. The annual design production capacity of refractory materials is 50,000 tons, including 22,000 tons of shaped refractory products and 28,000 tons of unshaped refractory products. The company's production technology relies on Luoyang Refractory Research Institute and Luoyang Institute of Technology. Not only has a number of senior engineers, consultants and technical personnel specializing in refractory materials, but also advanced equipment and complete testing methods. Since its establishment, the company has continuously developed new products and technologies of refractory materials, strictly controlled the quality of refractory materials, and obtained a number of patents and the certification of the international quality management system GB/T19001-2016/IS09001:2015.
